SLOW COOKER MINESTRONE SOUP
Combine 1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained), 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 cup each chopped celery, onion and carrot, mix Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup Starter seasoning mix with 5 cups of water and cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
Add baby shell pasta and continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 10 minutes.
We sprinkled ours with freshly grated parmesan cheese and served with crusty rolls.
Lovin' my slow cooker!

Popping over from Tip Junkie! This looks good, I LOVE soup, but I've never done it in a slow cooker!
Good Morning! I am visiting you from Tip Junkie:) I love your soup recipe and I know my readers would love it too. I think it would be a perfect addition to the linky I have up for the next few days here: http://frugallysustainable.blogspot.com/2011/10/beans-and-rice-rice-and-beans.html
I hope to see you soon.

Yum! This looks so delicious. I haven't used my crockpot in a while, and you've given me a reason to bust it out. I'm pinning the recipe so I can try it soon!

This combines two of my favorite things: minestrone and my crockpot! Can't wait to make it.
Found you at Skip to My Lou link party.

I've never made minestrone soup but I do try to make soup once a week so I am going to try this. I just have to find some of that soup mix! Thanks for sharing this week!
